"I work for the planning department as a cyclist; whenever I'm in the Benton building and bring my bicycle into the elevator, people hit the 8th floor button for me because they already know. I can't count how many Baltimore Bike Parties I've been to, and this is my favorite one. The locals come out to see us and I get to show my girlfriend my side of the city.

I've just been taken aback by how supportive the people on the street are and how excited everyone is."

"What made me fall in love with Baltimore? It's a city that the rest of the world sees to have problems here so much potential raw talent; the people are genuine and there are so many walks of life from Sandtown to Hopkins. It's my last night in Baltimore and I knew that I needed to have one last bike party. I'm gonna miss this place."

"I like Baltimore because it's something other than going to the bar. I like the community and the reaction of people as we ride through the neighborhoods. Great way for different people to go to different communities in Baltimore, to breaking those barriers. Once you remove that fear, it starts to feel more like home."

"We ride in Bike Party 'cause it's fun, we show our skills. We like biking because it relieves stress. Instead of shooting guns, we're here riding bikes. We're the nicest niggers in Baltimore!"
